Healthy Eating Class for Seniors AND their family members, 18+
A FREE 6-week program (7th-Week Restaurant Outing is optional) for seniors who want to learn more about nutrition and how lifestyle changes can promote better health. The main components of the program include: Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Group Support, Nutrition Education, and Self Assessment and Management of Dietary Patterns. Six (6) consecutive 2 or 2 ½ hour sessions are followed by the optional restaurant.
